Sleeping up to 26 guests in 6 bedrooms and located just a 25-minute drive from Norfolk itself, this setting is perfect for larger teams. For groups of over 23 guests, the annexe can be opened here to offer ample space for every guest attending.
If you wish to stay within the venue for the entirety of your corporate retreat, the outdoor patio area and large garden are great for creative team building pursuits. There are also 2-3 state of the art hot tubs on site, along with a relaxing sauna.
For the cooler months indoors, there is a pool table, poker, ping pong table, fruit machine, darts, air hockey, karaoke machine, pizza oven, dress up boxes, and 4 selfie stations! We take bookings for Christmas parties at all of our Corporate venues. It's never too early to book, and we do tend to sell out quickly, so enquire now for prices!
BOOKING PAYMENT PROCESS
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package amount is required. Additionally, a booking fee ranging from £115 to £215, depending on your selected property, is applicable. For group bookings exceeding 6 people, a non-refundable large group fee of £75 is also applicable. These fees are taken at the point of booking and are separate from and not deductible from the remaining balance.
The remaining balance, along with a refundable security bond starting from £500, is due 12 weeks prior to your scheduled stay.
For bookings within 12 weeks of the stay date, the full package amount, booking fee, large group fee (if applicable), and the security bond are required at the time of booking.
RESERVATION SERVICE
We cannot reserve dates without a deposit as we do work on a live availability system so the dates can be sold at any point.
We do have a reservation service in place for a selected number of properties that costs £75. This is an additional payment and will not be deducted from the final balance and this is also non-refundable.

Bedroom 1 - double pullout & 6 x singles OR double pullout, a superking & 4 x singles (Sleeps up to 8) with ensuite & dressing room.

The property sleeps up to 26 guests, but if under occupancy then some bedrooms will be closed. All shared areas will remain open.
If there is a member of the group with mobility issues please let us know so we can allocate the downstairs bedroom.
BATHROOMS
5 Bathrooms total (including 3 ensuites)
General: We kindly ask that all noise is kept to a minimum outside the property and that all guests are considerate to the neighbours.
Collecting the Keys & Final Arrangements: You will receive these details after the full balance has been paid.
Extra guests: No extra guests are allowed to attend the property.
Activities: If you book Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc.
3rd party suppliers: Please note that no 3rd party suppliers unaffiliated with Corporate Cottages are permitted at this property.
Security: Please note that a security person may attend the property to lock the hot tub up after 10pm. They will do their best not to disturb you or your guests.
