Submit an Enquiry
Let us know your requirements by either filling out our booking enquiry form or calling our friendly sales team on 01484681083. Tell us your preferred travel dates, desired locations, and any activities you have in mind. Don’t worry too much about the specifics, just any brief information you can provide will really help initially to find you the perfect property and experience.
Receive Quotes and Experience Options
A designated sales co-ordinator will be in touch with you with various options. We try to give at least 3 options based on your requirements to give you something to discuss with family and friends. We try to personalise each quotation with recommended activity options and properties that are available based on your group type and celebration. Once you’ve reviewed your initial options, you can let us know your thoughts and if need be, we can refine your experience with different activity combinations and come back to you with a more bespoke quote. We try to be as accommodating as possible and always give you all the information you need to make sure you’ll be booking the perfect option for your party.
Make your Booking
To book any of our properties we require a non-refundable 30% deposit with an additional £95 - £215 booking fee which is also non refundable and none transferable Your sales coordinator will do the calculations and let you know the exact amounts! Once you’re ready to pay, we’ll double check the properties availability and send across a booking form along with our bank details, so you can transfer the deposit. Upon receipt of your payment, we’ll double check the availability once more ( as we work on a live system and bookings can take place at any time ) then we will confirm the dates & send you your booking confirmation. Please note: All passengers are financially protected ( financial failure protection ) by our Payment Protection Scheme. In the event of the company going out of business.
We insist that you take out your own holiday travel insurance to cover you in the event of any cancellations – we do not provide this.

Pay your Balance
Your balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. For last minute bookings, we can certainly be more accommodating. Along with your balance we require a refundable £500 security bond which is returned to you within 7 days after departure. Once your balance is settled, your sales co-ordinator will send you the property information pack which details the house address, check-in arrangements, and any safety guidelines you need to be aware of.
Plan your Activities
Onto the fun bits! Once your balance has been settled, our team will be in touch to arrange your additional extras. If you’ve booked a chef’s meal or beauty treatments, then you’ll be sent our meal choices/treatment list, so you can decide on your options! For all other activities, our team will discuss your timings and let you decide when you would like everything to take place. We’re here to help you every step of the way and will happily advise on the best timings for each of the activities. Feel free to upgrade or add activities to your experience at this point too!
Enjoy your Trip
At long last! Arrive at your chosen property and make full use of the facilities with your closest friends and family. Remember to take pictures and write in the guest book with any feedback. We all wish you the best time and look forward to hearing from you after your return.
