This breath-taking venue sleeps up to 18 guests in 5 bedrooms and is just a mere stone’s throw from the vibrant city of Manchester, with the Trafford Centre just a 5 minute journey away, perfect for dining, shopping and entertainment alike!

A beautifully contemporary interior strikes initially and is maintained seamlessly throughout, and a private outdoor hot tub only adds to the charm and luxury feel here.

For nights in savouring the culinary delights of a private chef’s meal, celebratory work awards evenings or daytime coffee meetings getting to know your team, the large dining area is a versatile centrepiece.

For a more informal and casual way to relax, a pool table, karaoke system and cocktail bar are all encompassing, allowing you to tailor your stay around the needs of your team. You can book wine or gin tasting in the comfort of the venue too! The possibilities are endless and this city based setting is a fantastic place to reward your colleagues.

We take bookings for Christmas parties at all of our Corporate venues. It's never too early to book, and we do tend to sell out quickly, so enquire now for prices!

BOOKING PAYMENT PROCESS

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package amount is required. Additionally, a booking fee ranging from £115 to £215, depending on your selected property, is applicable. For group bookings exceeding 6 people, a non-refundable large group fee of £75 is also applicable. These fees are taken at the point of booking and are separate from and not deductible from the remaining balance.

The remaining balance, along with a refundable security bond starting from £500, is due 12 weeks prior to your scheduled stay.

For bookings within 12 weeks of the stay date, the full package amount, booking fee, large group fee (if applicable), and the security bond are required at the time of booking. 

RESERVATION SERVICE

We cannot reserve dates without a deposit as we do work on a live availability system so the dates can be sold at any point.
We do have a reservation service in place for a selected number of properties that costs £75. This is an additional payment and will not be deducted from the final balance and this is also non-refundable.

General: We kindly ask that all noise is kept to a minimum outside the property and that all guests are considerate to the neighbours.

Collecting the Keys & Final Arrangements: You will receive these details after the full balance has been paid.

Extra guests: No extra guests are allowed to attend the property.

Activities: If you book Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc.

3rd party suppliers: Please note that no 3rd party suppliers unaffiliated with Corporate Cottages are permitted at this property.

Security: Please note that a security person may attend the property to lock the hot tub up after 10pm. They will do their best not to disturb you or your guests.
