Cocktail Class
Core, balance and seasoning at the ready… Discover the art of mixology within the comfort of your specially selected property. Heighten your creative flair, experiment with sleek, imaginative and elegant flavours. Come away with skills anew and fantastic team memories. A cocktail class is the perfect near-formal yet obligatory prelim. Cheers!
Our skilled and experienced cocktail mixologists will arrive at your retreat at a time to suit you. Fully prepared with spirits, mixers, garnishes and equipment, your interactive class will begin with a delicious Bellini to break the ice. To follow, a selection of three traditional and contemporary concoctions. You will be taught how to blend, fuse and adorn your cocktails beautifully, and the best part, they are all yours to enjoy.
Bootcamp
Team up and dress down for the ultimate barrier-breaking and trust-building activity. Develop your problem-solving competences, social skills and improve your communication all while having fun with your group! This is a unique and dynamic way to bond with your colleagues. Learn all about light-hearted discipline, principles and priorities that you can take back to work with you, along with great memories.
Guided by one of our friendly and motivated boot camp instructors, you will undertake a series of entertaining and challenging games such as relay races, sack races, tug of war and circuit training. No need to bring equipment, just bring yourselves, your gym gear and your enthusiasm! You can even suggest games ahead of your boot camp fun class, to inspire and shape the activity in your own way!
Casino Night
Feeling lucky? Provide the interactivity and buzz of a real-life casino at your corporate event. Place your bets, with no capital at risk - the only gambling ‘limit’ is your imagination! The Las Vegas strip is yours for the taking. If lady luck is not on your side, you will still win a celebratory evening packed with memories.
With the option to book one or two casino tables depending on the size of your group, our experienced croupier(s) will host games such as blackjack, roulette and poker. Attendees are given a set amount of fun money to play and laugh the night away. You could use this activity as a way to offer prizes for your employees for all their hard work, or simply enjoy the games as they play out over drinks.
Live Singer
Go the extra mile, set the ambience and create a relaxed social atmosphere. Impress your attendees and cater to all musical tastes, eclectic or mainstream. Elevate what would have been a calm evening indoors with a touch of opulence – a live singer is the je ne sais quoi your corporate event not so quietly demands.
One of our professional and versatile singers will arrive at your property and perform a selection of songs to set the tone for your guests. Throughout the evening the atmosphere can be relaxed and casual with an underground live jazz feel, or upbeat and fun with chart topping tracks that will have everyone dancing. We even have a modern country option!
Murder Mystery
An air of macabre, shocking clues and exciting plot twists: prepare for an after-dark event like no other. Escapism, suspense and sinister stories of betrayal and murder await. Challenge your team to uncover the mystery and plunge into character for a night of gruesome analysis and spine-tingling crime detection. Who dunnit? Let’s find out.
Prior to your corporate stay you will be assigned a character, costumes, and an outstanding host for your murder mystery evening, alongside a plot that will become your role to unveil throughout. A thrilling, eerie tale – study the facts, judge as you will, and reveal the perpetrator. A nail-biting and unique experience!
Photoshoot
Compose, light, and pose! Capture your corporate stay; candid or arranged, to save unforgettable moments. Encapsulate the cohesion of your team and bring the memories back as a beautiful keepsake. Timeless and organic, a group photoshoot is a superb and effortless team-building activity.
A professional photographer will arrive at your property of choice and work with your group to secure a selection of beautiful photos to keep. Plan and control how you would like to carry out the photoshoot, guided by the experience of your dedicated photographer. Once complete, your photos will be edited and enhanced carefully before being returned to you digitally, so you can print as you please.

Private Chef
Bring the restaurant atmosphere and skills of our chefs into the privacy and comfort of your selected property. Tantalise your tastebuds and prepare for an unforgettable dining event, with first class service and seriously excellent food.
Includes a 3 course meal with a selection of dishes that can be pre-selected prior to your arrival. All you have to do is enjoy the food!
Buffet Lunch
A uniquely relaxed dining experience where guests can enjoy an array of dishes and flavours, all conveniently presented in a self-service format.
Includes sandwiches, salads and finger food with delicious homemade desserts.
Chef's Breakfast
Awaken early to a crisp and clear morning. Head downstairs and take your first sip of rich smooth coffee, pour a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice, and sit down to a beautifully hearty or notably continental breakfast, prepared on site by our private chefs.
A healthy and hearty breakfast is the best way to start a day full of team building or to refresh after a night of celebrations.
Pizza Night
Deliciously simple, enough and yet still moreish, an unmatched way to appease even the hungriest of appetites. Stack them high, deliver them piping hot, pair them with a classic movie and you have a complete and fulfilling late-night treat.
Includes a selection of bubbling fresh pizzas with various toppings will be delivered within a 1 hour time frame to suit your group, alongside crunchy fluffy fries and crispy side salad. Effortlessly tasty.
Afternoon Tea
A custom high in sophistication and steeped in traditional culture, what’s not to love about gathering with your peers for tea, dainty sandwiches and deliciously fresh scones? Absolutely nothing, we say.
Raise your teacups and toast to an amazing team-building retreat. This is an Afternoon Tea buffet delivery and will be set up at your property – please note, our chefs do not bring afternoon tea stands or plates, so these can only be used if available at the property.
Canapes & Prosecco
Vivacious yet gentle, a glass or two of this much-loved Italian sparkler paired with light bite-sized delights is all you need to get your stay off to a much deserved celebratory introduction. Tide over hunger until dinner, simply take the opportunity to break the ice, and set a glamorous tone for your guests.
Seasonal and varied, our canape choices differ throughout the year and are freshly prepared on the day by our coordinator.
