The Tower House is the perfect place for your family or group holiday, particularly if you have a special occasion to celebrate!  Quiet and peaceful, enjoying stunning, panoramic views over Kefalos and Kamari Bay, the villa stands in 3.5 acres of private grounds. This is a large, unique property, sleeping up to 16 people in 8 twin en-suite bedrooms, all with sea-view and balcony or patio, air-conditioning and welcome complimentary toiletries.

NEW FOR 2018 – we are delighted to announce that we will be installing a beautiful outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols, a table tennis table, giant garden games and a brick BBQ.
On the main floor of The Tower House is a very large lounge, with satellite TV, and a dining room opening out onto a spacious terrace which enjoys stunning sea views and the sun all day long.  Also on this floor are 5 of the 8 bedrooms and a library/seating area.  On the lower level are the remaining 3 bedrooms.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/combi oven, large gas oven (90cm) with electric grill and 6 gas burners on the hob.  There is plenty of china, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils.  A washing machine and drying line are also available, together with iron and ironing board. 

If you have babies/toddlers in your group, we can offer cots and high chairs free of charge.

The Tower House is suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties as although there is only one step up into the House, there is also gentle slope up to the front door from the car park allowing access for wheelchairs.

The Tower House is located on a hillside 800m from the sea with an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach where you will find watersports, boat trips, a variety of shops and many excellent restaurants.   

There is so much to see and do in Kos, whatever you are interested in, you will find something to enjoy. 

There are lots of beautiful beaches.  Those on the south side are crystal clear and clean.  Kamari Bay, Paradise Beach, Markos, Sunny and Magic beaches all have beautiful soft sand, sunbeds for hire and tavernas nearby for refreshments. These beaches are also great for snorkelling and watersports (jet ski, parascending, ringos, water skiing etc). The beaches on the north coast are generally shallower (and therefore slightly warmer) but do tend to be windier (because of the prevailing north wind) and therefore have some seaweed.

There are 2 fantastic Waterparks on the island with ranges of slides, suitable for those who prefer a gentle thrill and those who like to ride on adrenalin!

There are boat trips to the neighbouring islands (Kalymnos, Nissyros, Pserimos) as well as day trips to Turkey (Bodrum) which is great for retail therapy.  Nissyros is the volcanic island you can see from The Tower House.  This is definitely worth a visit as you can go right inside the crater. James Bond fans may be interested to know that some of Goldfinger was filmed here!

There is a lot of history and antiquity on Kos.  Hippocrates, the first Father of Medicine was born here (remember the Hippocratic Oath that doctors take, even today?) The Asklepion is the first “hospital” of the world, a huge and impressive historic site which enjoys fantastic views across to Turkey. The pillars of the ancient Agora, the Odeon, Hippocrates Tree, and castles of Knights of St John are also worth visiting.

Greece is a great honey producer.  Not far from The Tower House you can visit a working honey factory and do tastings.  We also have a number of vineyards, offering wine tastings.

If you have the energy there are lots of great walks to monasteries, to the White Rock Cave (where a skeleton of a neolithic man was discovered), to the summit of the islands mountain, Oros Dikeos, or more gentle walks around Zia, a beautiful and colourful mountain village.
