We take a non-refundable 30% deposit upfront and a £115-215 booking fee to secure any booking. Once you're ready to pay this, we will send a booking form and our bank details so you can make the payment and secure the property on your chosen dates. Please note that final balance payments are due 12 weeks before arrival, along with a refundable £500 security bond.

​​Most of our York hen do houses have a 3-4 pm arrival time and a check-out time of 10 am. These are sometimes flexible but depend on other bookings arriving/departing around the dates you have booked. If there is any flexibility, our property owners will confirm this with you directly. Please note we are unable to authorise a change in times earlier than a few days before your visit, and it is far quicker and easier to speak to our property owners directly to make the most convenient changes.

Most of our York Hen Party Accommodation is pet friendly, meaning you can bring your favourite pooch to the party on the big night. 

*Please note that not all of our accommodation is pet friendly, and this will be clearly marked on the listing page of the property you are interested in.

Once a booking has been placed, the deposit and additional fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we can offer to resell dates up until the balance due date. If we are successful, we can offer a refund minus any additional fees or a free date change to the same or different property.
