RESERVATION SERVICE
Reserve your property by paying a reservation fee of only £75 to secure your dates (available on selected properties ) for 5 days to give you chance to get deposits off all your friends and family,.
There is nothing worse than setting your heart on a property and after collecting all your deposits finding out that its now been booked!
Our NEW RESERVATION service allows us to hold the dates for you for a maximum of 5 days!

We have a NEW POOL PARTY HOUSE in W. YORKSHIRE with disco room, karaoke, bar & indoor pool with hot tub – sleeps up to 25+ – which will be available in April 2020 (The Temple Pool House)
We have a fabulous Hen Party House sleeping 20 -30 people with nightclub and hot tub near Leeds – Available from May 2020 (Monroe Mansion)

These properties will be live on our website Feb/March – However you can book the properties now and secure your dates when choosing our Priority booking service. To secure your dates we require a £215 Priority Booking Fee, plus 30% deposit of the rental amount.
