It’s important to note that a non-refundable 30% deposit and a £115-215 booking fee will be taken upfront to secure your property. Once you're ready to pay this, we will send a booking form and our bank details so you can pay and secure the property on your chosen dates. Please note that final balance payments are due 12 weeks before arrival, along with a refundable £500 security bond.

Once you’ve booked your large hen party accommodation with us, the deposit and additional fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we can offer to resell dates up until the balance due date. If we are successful, we can offer a refund minus any additional fees or a free date change to the same or different property.
