What are your rules for hot tub or swimming pool use?

We've provided some important information below if you book one of our hen party houses with a hot tub or pool.

Hot tub and pool use times are 10 am – 10 pm (Fridays & Saturdays ) and 10 am – 9 pm ( Sundays to Thursdays ). Please note if you book a Friday & Saturday night stay, the hot tub will not be available on the Sunday morning.
It’s recommended that any ladies who are pregnant do not use the hot tub
Please do not use the hot tub, jacuzzi or swimming pool if you are wearing fake tan
We recommend spending a maximum of 15-20 minutes in the hot tub to prevent heat rashes or a reaction to any chemicals
No infants should use the hot tub, and children should be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool
Please tie your hair up when using the hot tub and keep away from the filters
Do not eat or drink alcohol in the hot tub or swimming pool
For safety, do not run around the pool edges and do not dive into the pool
Keep yourself hydrated when using the hot tub. With temperatures set between 100-104 degrees, it’s important to drink plenty of water before and after hot tub use
Please note someone will arrive to check the water/chemicals in the hot tub early in the mornings, but they will try not to disturb you

How do I book a hen party house with a hot tub or pool?

To enquire about our hen party houses with a hot tub or swimming pool, please call our main bookings line on 01484681083 or email us using our website's contact form. We’ll then contact you to discuss our booking options. Once you select your perfect hen party house with a hot tub or pool, we'll break down the deposit requirements.

We’ll take a non-refundable 30% deposit upfront and a £115-215 booking fee to secure your property. Once you're ready to pay this, we will send a booking form and our bank details so you can pay and secure the property on your chosen dates. Please note that final balance payments are due 12 weeks before arrival, along with a refundable £500 security bond.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you’ve booked your hen party house with a hot tub or pool, the deposit and additional fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we can offer to resell dates up until the balance due date. If we are successful, we can offer a refund minus any additional fees or a free date change to the same or different property.
