Boasting its very own private bubbling hot tub and swimming pool for guests with plenty of self-love in mind, this property is sure to leave a lasting impression on you and your group. With a funky snug room to curl up in, a light and airy dining conservatory and plentiful lounging space around the pool and private gardens, you are sure to have a relaxing family occasion to remember!

Arrive for canapes and prosecco mid-afternoon at the Luxury Bath Pool House, and be sure to pack plenty of swimwear, as this venue will have you pampered from beginning to end. Let our beauticians take care of you at a time that suits everyone, with a stunning variety of spa treatments to leave you feeling rejuvenated, followed by a glass of fizz in the hot tub with your friends. Stretch out for a swim in the private pool and revitalise for as long as you please. Sit around the long glass dining table in the evening for a delicious pre-selected three course meal, made from fresh local ingredients and whipped up by a private chef. Gather in the large sitting room and share stories and plans with your family on the comfortable sofas. The quaint and quirky bedrooms opulently finished are welcoming after a long day of indulgence! If you do choose to leave this immaculate house, you can venture to nearby Bath for the stunning architecture, natural hot springs or classy bars, and you can opt for Bristol and experience art, history, shopping at the Cabot Circus and many botanical delights.   • Bathrooms: 5 luxurious bathrooms on the property including en-suite facilities adjoined to bedrooms 4, 6 and 7.

Please note that the permanent bed layout is for 23 guests. Should you wish to increase your guest numbers to 25, the bunk beds in the Stanton room are a small double on the bottom bunk and can accommodate the extra 2 guests.

There is also a double pull out sofa bed in the living room which will allow for an extra 2 guests on application

If you would like to arrange an earlier check in or late checkout, we can only organise this for you a few days before arrival as it is subject to same day changeovers and may not be possible if we have guests departing or arriving that same day.

Collecting the Keys & Final Arrangements

After the full balance has been paid – we will email you over all final arrangements.

Activities

If you have booked Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch with you to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc, only once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed.

Please note No 3rd party suppliers are permitted at this property unless booked through Celebration Cottages.

Swimming Pool / Hot Tub

Please note – Any ladies who are pregnant we recommend that you do not use the Swimming Pool / Hot Tub.

Please do not use the Swimming Pool / Hot Tub if you have fake tan on.

We recommend that a maximum of 15 – 20 mins is spent in the Swimming Pool / Hot Tub at any one time, any longer can result in heat rashes or a reaction to the chemicals used in the Swimming Pool / Hot Tub.

Covid-19 Information

COVID POLICY

LAW

If you are unable to attend one of our holiday cottages as a result of a national lockdown, where holiday lets have to close, we will offer refund/postponement options. Refunds would be less any booking fee/group policy fee paid and postponements would be subject to a £75 administration charge.

If you are unable to attend one of our holiday cottages as a result in a change in law, ( not guidance )  which restricts number of guests, we will offer refund/postponement options. Refunds would be less any booking fee/group policy fee paid and postponements would be subject to a £75 administration charge.

Our customer care team will contact you in the event of any restrictions.

GUIDANCE

If you wish to cancel your booking, if the holiday let is still open and available,  we may not be able to offer a refund/postponement. We will however assist you with any insurance claim from any travel insurance you have taken out.

REFUNDS

For any refunds ( subject to the above Covid Policy terms & conditions ) we will try to action these refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 14 days for the refund. In extreme circumstances ( national lockdown )  in busy periods this may take a little longer, we kindly ask for your patience, as a small family run business our resources are limited.

BALANCES

All balances must be paid on time for your booking to be secure – If you do not pay your balance on time, your booking may automatically be cancelled. If you cancel your booking prematurely our normal terms and conditions apply.

INSURANCE

When placing a new booking with us, we strongly advise that customers take out their own travel insurance with a reputable provider to cover your booking in the event you have to cancel. It is your responsibility to make sure your cover is sufficient and to cover all likely risks that may affect your holiday which include you or members of your party for being unable to travel because you or a member of your party fall ill with covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance.  We do not provide this.
