This delightful cottage offers a truly enchanted experience for your special weekend away.

Located in a very quiet location tucked away in a rocky embankment in the Lancashire countryside this wonderful traditional style cottage offers the perfect place to relax and make special memories with family and friends. On entering the cottage you will find a generous size country kitchen and a luxurious dining room which is the perfect setting for any celebration meal. The dining table seats 10, but there are an additional 2 chairs available to use around the table, for groups of 13 there will be an additional smaller table to use to join on to the main table, catering for everyone in your group in the same room.

Following on from the dining room is a cosy lounge with 3 comfy sofas for you to relax and unwind or for those guests looking for a night of entertainment, then the additional karaoke lounge will be the preferred choice, featuring a state of the art karaoke system, bar stools and a mini football table, its sure to fill your night with fun and laughter. A natural stone staircase leads you upstairs with rich regal colours inviting you into the luxurious bedrooms.

  • The Master bedroom is truly fit for a king or queen, luxury décor and original features, this bedroom is gorgeous and full of character – Sleeps 2 / Double Bed.
  • The Second bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa bed, this bedroom has an additional Ensuite wc.
  • The Third bedroom, with a full Ensuite shower room, features a double bed with single bunk above, 2 single bunk beds and a single sofa bed – sleeps 6
  • The Fourth sleeping area is located on the main upstairs landing, it can be used as a separate games/entertainment area with pool table and sofas, or simply slide the curtained screen to create a separate sleeping area with 2 single sofa beds.
  • There is also a family bathroom on the 1st Floor.


There are beautiful features to this property to add to its charm, such as exposed beams, gorgeous fireplaces, stone floors and stairs and picture-perfect windows overlooking the stunning scenery outside.

This delightful country cottage oozes luxury and charm, but the best is yet to be discovered… When you step outside, you will step into your own private sanctuary surrounded by nature with a bubbling hot tub that awaits you to relax in and enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of a truly amazing waterfall which is the back drop to this outstanding cottage , the waterfall is absolutely mesmerising with feature lighting and an enchanted bridge with seating to experience the true delights this magical secret garden has to offer. You are sure to make special memories with your loved ones at this enchanted cottage!

2 well behaved pets are welcome at this property, however we kindly ask that no pets are allowed upstairs into any of the bedrooms.

Booking Information
  • We require a non-refundable 30% deposit via bank transfer or cheque only at the time of booking, and the full balance is to be paid 12 weeks prior to your stay.
  • Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
  • The Balance is due 12 weeks to arrival, and a security deposit of £500 due with the balance which is refunded up to 7 days after you vacate the property provided that there are no damages and house rules are kept to. For further info please see Booking Terms & Conditions
  • All bookings are subject to a property booking fee of £115 which is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

House Rules


If you have booked Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch with you to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc, only once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed. Please note No 3rd party suppliers are permitted at this property unless booked through Celebration Cottages.

Hot Tub

Please note – Any ladies who are pregnant we recommend that you do not use the hot tub. Please do not use the hot tub if you have fake tan on. We recommend that a maximum of 15 – 20 mins is spent in the hot tub at any one time, any longer can result in heat rashes or a reaction to the chemicals used in the hot tub. Please note as with all our properties hot tubs will be checked each day. A caretaker will arrive to check the chemicals and adjust accordingly for your safety.

The hot tub is indoors- and accessed through a side entrance direct into the hot tub room, this will be the entrance the caretaker will use. The caretaker will knock, but if no one answers the caretaker will enter and check the chemicals for your safety.

What a year!!

Firstly we would like to say how sorry we are that once again restrictions have changed and once again without much notice!

It’s a nightmare for all our guests and our business alike!

Our Customer Care team will contact all Christmas and New Year guests to discuss your booking.

After what can only be described as an exhausting year, our team have worked around the clock to offer support and help to all our customers, it truly has been a challenging time for everyone. We would like to give our well-deserved team a Christmas Break, so we have decided to close from the 24th December 2020 to the 4th Jan 2021.  Please note no emails or phone calls will be responded to in this time, we kindly ask that you email before the 24th or after the 4th January.

To any guests staying at our properties during this period  – all contact numbers will be provided.

CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS – what the new restrictions mean?

You cannot stay at a holiday cottage if you are travelling from or to a tier 4 area.

We can now only accept bookings for Christmas from the 24th – 26th December for any holiday cottage in a Tier 3 area.

Those staying in a Tier 3 area should only meet with their Christmas Bubble of 3 Households on Christmas Day

We will work with all owners to try and allow you to arrive on the 23rd at midnight or early morning on the 24th and leave as late as possible on the 26th to give you as much time as possible.

If your booking is for a holiday cottage in a Tier 1 or 2 area you will be responsible for following all local restrictions for the Tier the holiday cottage is in with the exception of Christmas Day allowing 3 Households to mix.

Government guidance & legislation on Covid-19 changes frequently, before you travel you need to ensure you have checked and understood the relevant legislation & guidance that is applicable to you & the make-up of your party before booking &  travelling.

We do not know who is from what household, nor is that possible for us to manage, therefore it is your responsibility to understand whether your booking is affected and whether or not you are able to travel.

All last minute bookings within a 2 week arrival period will only be taken in line with the latest tier restrictions in that area.

If your booking has to be cancelled due to the holiday let having to close we will offer refund or postponements.

All new bookings with an arrival date after the 01/04/21 we are accepting for larger group sizes, if your booking cannot take place by law then we will offer refund or postponements


If you have a booking with us for more than 6 people / 1 household/support bubble our customer care team will be in touch with you when we know the restrictions in place nearer the time of your stay.

It is not possible to refund or postpone your booking in advance of these dates.

Any premature cancellations will be subject to our normal terms and conditions.

All Balances do have to be paid on time to keep your booking in place, any balance not paid may result in your booking being cancelled and loss of any deposit paid. We ask that you wait for our customer care team to contact you to discuss your bookings and give you options nearer the time of your stay.

Due to the volume of admin we have to deal with imminent bookings as priority, so we kindly ask you for your patience.
