Enter this beautifully finished private wing of a country manor, designed with entertaining spaces and home comforts in mind. You will witness the grandeur as soon as you spot the tall chimneys between the trees. Every room is flooded with light, and as it is encompassed within the Kent countryside it is just the ticket for a family getaway anytime of the year. This immaculate home shows off a fusion of antique classics and modernity to make your stay as indulgent as possible, from the large solid oak dining table where you can enjoy a delicious three course meal cooked by a private chef, to the beautifully kept private gardens where you can sample your homemade cocktails, tutored by our skilled mixologists.

You will be spoilt for choice between the five gorgeous bedrooms to retire in. Dover House lends the most exceptional backdrop for a memorable, sophisticated celebration, whether it be a birthday, anniversary, or just a peaceful trip from start to finish.
Hot Tub & Living Spaces
On the ground floor at Dover House you will discover a stunningly appointed kitchen with the solid oak dining table seating up to twelve guests. The sitting room boasts cosy sofas around an original open fireplace. You can store your coats, bags and shoes in the convenient cloakroom and you will also find a washer and dryer if you are staying for an extended time. Outside, the round sitting area is the perfect setting for a long chat over a bottle (or two) of prosecco, and this overlooks the bubbling outdoor hot tub and courtyard area, where there is space to dine al-fresco if you wish. Champagne, chocolates, juices, biscuits and more can all be enjoyed from the luxury and carefully considered welcome hamper provided upon arrival, and if arranged prior to your stay you may enjoy use of the outdoor pool on the grounds of the manor. For now, relish the privacy of your own wing, gather around the TV on late nights with cheese and wine, the venue not to be missed! You and your closest family and friends will look back with the fondest memories of a relaxed and reviving retreat.
On the first floor of Dover House you will discover a double room sleeping two guests in a King-sized bed. Enjoy the en-suite shower room with a large shower cubicle adjoined. On this level, there are also two twin bedded rooms which sleep up to four guests, and a shower room. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom which sleeps up to three in a king-sized solid oak bed and a further single bed, ideal for a smaller family. A Jack and Jill bathroom is shared with another room on this floor, with both a bath and shower to use. The Twin room which sleeps up to two guests has two single beds, and a further single truckle bed to make this a triple bedroom if you wish.

- Sleeps 12 people, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 reception room, patio and gardens, parking on the drive, shared grounds, BBQ.
- Ground floor: Kitchen – electric oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven. Table seating up to 12.
- Sitting room: seating, original working fireplace, TV/DVD player with a selection of DVD’s.
- Downstairs cloakroom with WC, washer and dryer.
- Sitting area outside overlooking courtyard area.
- Wi-fi available throughout the property.
Bathrooms: En-suite shower room with shower cubicle in first floor double room, extra shower room for use of occupants in two twin rooms on this level. Jack and Jill bathroom shared with another room with both bath and shower. Downstairs WC on ground floor.
- We require a non-refundable 30% deposit via bank transfer or cheque only at the time of booking, and the full balance is to be paid 12 weeks prior to your stay.
Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
We require an additional £500 security deposit for this property aside from your required balance, which is refundable 7 days after you vacate the property provided that there are no damages and house rules are kept to. For further info please see Booking Terms & Conditions

If you would like to arrange an earlier check in or late checkout, we can only organise this for you a few days before arrival as it is subject to same day changeovers and may not be possible if we have guests departing or arriving that same day.
Collecting the Keys & Final Arrangements
After the full balance has been paid – we will email you over all final arrangements.
If you have booked Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch with you to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc, only once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed.
Please note No 3rd party suppliers are permitted at this property unless booked through Celebration Cottages.
Please note – Any ladies who are pregnant we recommend that you do not use the hot tub.
Please do not use the hot tub if you have fake tan on.
We recommend that a maximum of 15 – 20 mins is spent in the hot tub at any one time, any longer can result in heat rashes or a reaction to the chemicals used in the hot tub.
Hot tub times 10am – 10pm
Please note there will be someone arriving to check the water in the hot tub early in the mornings, but they will try not disturb you.
Please note – At Certain properties there will be a security person who will lock up the hot tub at 10pm.
