The first floor features a bedroom with three single beds and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a luxurious master bedroom with a super king bed and ensuite shower. Another bedroom boasts two double beds and a hand-painted mural, while a fourth bedroom accommodates four with bunk beds.

If you’re looking to organise something a bit different for your hen party, then look no further! Learn some new skills in the kitchen, grab your apron and cook up a storm. Make your very own fresh pasta or pizza from scratch!  Everyone in your party can get involved in this super fun activity, making it the perfect way to spend some quality time with your closest friends before your big day. To ensure it stays stress-free for you, all ingredients and equipment will be provided – Our chefs will even clear everything away and do the washing up!

Spa Treatments

An absolute must!!! What’s a break away without a pamper time!!

When you book our spa activity this includes a 30 minute treatment, chose from a relaxing neck, back and shoulder massage, facial, foot massage, mini manicure/ or Pedicure.

Min 6 Treatments if adding on separately.

When it’s time to arrange your package we will offer you the chance to upgrade your treatment individually, choose from a 45 minute luxury treatment ( your calming treatment extended )  including the option of an Indian head massage or a deluxe 1 hour treatment  ( your calming treatment doubled in time ) with a full body massage option or hot stones!

Please allow 4- 4.5 hours for the Spa Activity for large groups.

Live Singer ( West Yorkshire only )

Why not enjoy a night of entertainment with one of our fabulous live singers.

We cannot give details of the individual singer prior to arrival.

All singers will perform a mixed range of songs, some slow some fast - appropriate to your occasion/age group

We  unfortunately cannot take song requests.

Group Photoshoot ( West Yorkshire / Lancashire only )

A great way to enjoy being the centre of attention and to create memories you can cherish forever!

Our photographer will take group photos of you all for approx. 1 hour, they will then edit the best pictures and add a little sparkle before sending them over to you within a few days after your stay.

Canapes & Prosecco

Why not treat yourselves  to delicious canapes set up for you on arrival with a glass of fizz to get the weekend started!

Approx. 5 canapes per person and a glass of prosecco.

This is a perfect treat for any break away, our caterers will deliver and set the table for you with delicious homemade delights!

( Please note if you are booking a Celebration Sunday, afternoon tea can be delivered between 1pm & 1.45pm, if spa treatments have been booked for 2 pm, afternoon tea may have to be eaten intermittently between the spa treatments for some members of the group as spa treatments do have to commence on time )

Enjoy a fabulous 3 course meal by one of our many talented chefs. Your own personal chef will arrive, set the table and cook and serve the food and then tidy away after! ( Sorry ladies you cant take them home! )

You pick the time and the day and then our package team will send you the menu choices!

Don’t worry about who’s cooking or what to order, let us do this for you! When booking a pizza night with us, we will deliver a selection of pizzas with side dishes on the day and time of your choice.

Please allow 1 hour delivery time.

We automatically select choices for you and include, plain, meat and vegetable options.

It is not always possible to offer gluten free pizzas and depends on location,  but please let us know your dietary requirements and we will do our best. If we cannot cater for some specific dietary requirements we will of course refund anyone in the group for any pizza we cannot supply and will inform you at the time of arranging your package.

Booking Information

Booking Information:

  • We require a non-refundable 30% deposit via bank transfer or cheque only at the time of booking, and the full balance is to be paid 12 weeks prior to your stay.
  • Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
  • We require an additional £750 security deposit for this property aside from your required balance, which is refundable 7 days after you vacate the property provided that there are no damages and house rules are kept to. For further info please see Booking Terms & Conditions
  • Please note: All bookings are subject to a booking fee of £215 which is due at the time of booking and is non refundable.
House Rules

We  kindly ask that all noise is kept to a minimum outside the property. We encourage low key celebrations, no wild house parties are allowed.

No extra guests / day guests  are allowed to attend the property.

Check in time & Check Out Time

Arrival 3pm Depart 10am

If you would like to arrange an earlier check in or late checkout, we cannot organise this for you, you would have to make this request to the caretaker of the property direct.  Due to same day changeovers it is not always possible to allow earlier check ins / late check outs.

Collecting the Keys & Final Arrangements

After the full balance has been paid – we will email you over all final arrangements.

Activities

If you have booked Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch with you to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc, only once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed.

Please note No 3rd party suppliers are permitted at this property unless booked through Celebration Cottages.

Hot Tub

Please note – Any ladies who are pregnant we recommend that you do not use the hot tub.

No infants should use the hot tub, children should be supervised at all times.

Please do not use the hot tub if you have fake tan on.

We recommend that a maximum of 15 – 20 mins is spent in the hot tub at any one time, any longer can result in heat rashes or a reaction to the chemicals used in the hot tub.

Hot tub times 10am – 10pm ( Friday & Saturdays )  10am – 9pm ( Sundays to Thursdays )

Please note if you book a Friday & Saturday night stay, the hot tub will not be available on the Sunday morning.

Please note there will be someone arriving to lock the hot tub up at 10pm on a Friday & Saturday and 9pm on a Sunday – Thursday.  Please make sure you are out of the hot tub before this time. They will try and not disturb you.

Please note there will be someone arriving to check the water/chemicals in the hot tub early in the mornings, but they will try not disturb you.

Important info:

  • Please note unfortunately the log burner is out of use.
  • The work surface in the kitchen is solid wood, therefore we insist that you use the heat mats provided when cooking. Please wipe any spillages up from the counter to avoid any stains.
  • The surrounding farmers fields are private property, these fields are used to grow crops, therefore under no circumstances enter any of the fields / do not let pets onto the field.

No party buses allowed.

  • Please do not arrive on a party bus, the property is in a quiet area and we do not allow any disturbances to the neighbouring area.
  • You will not be allowed to access the property if you arrive on a party bus. We kindly request you do not book this house if you are planning this method of transportation.
Covid-19 Information

COVID POLICY

LAW

If you are unable to attend one of our holiday cottages as a result of a national lockdown, where holiday lets have to close, we will offer refund/postponement options. Refunds would be less any booking fee/group policy fee paid and postponements would be subject to a £75 administration charge.

If you are unable to attend one of our holiday cottages as a result in a change in law, ( not guidance )  which restricts number of guests, we will offer refund/postponement options. Refunds would be less any booking fee/group policy fee paid and postponements would be subject to a £75 administration charge.

Our customer care team will contact you in the event of any restrictions.

GUIDANCE

If you wish to cancel your booking, if the holiday let is still open and available,  we may not be able to offer a refund/postponement. We will however assist you with any insurance claim from any travel insurance you have taken out.

REFUNDS

For any refunds ( subject to the above Covid Policy terms & conditions ) we will try to action these refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 14 days for the refund. In extreme circumstances ( national lockdown )  in busy periods this may take a little longer, we kindly ask for your patience, as a small family run business our resources are limited.

BALANCES

All balances must be paid on time for your booking to be secure – If you do not pay your balance on time, your booking may automatically be cancelled. If you cancel your booking prematurely our normal terms and conditions apply.

INSURANCE

When placing a new booking with us, we strongly advise that customers take out their own travel insurance with a reputable provider to cover your booking in the event you have to cancel. It is your responsibility to make sure your cover is sufficient and to cover all likely risks that may affect your holiday which include you or members of your party for being unable to travel because you or a member of your party fall ill with covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance.  We do not provide this.
