*Bedrooms 7 & 8 may not be in use for smaller groups. However the property owner has asked for guests to contact them directly prior to arrival, to discuss bedroom preferences and they will accommodate where possible.
General: We kindly ask that all noise is kept to a minimum outside the property and that all guests are considerate to the neighbours.
Collecting the Keys & Final Arrangements: You will receive these details after the full balance has been paid.
Extra guests: No extra guests are allowed to attend the property.
Activities: If you book Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc.
3rd party suppliers: Please note that no 3rd party suppliers unaffiliated with Corporate Cottages are permitted at this property.
Security: Please note that a security person may attend the property to lock the hot tub up after 10pm. They will do their best not to disturb you or your guests.
Transport to the Property: Please do not book coach transport to this property as there is no access for large vehicles. If a coach / minibus has been booked, then please advise them to drop the group off at the top of the lane.
