Avast Ye! We cordially invite you to one of our most popular properties, a corporate dream escape located in the Huddersfield area, with its very own pirate ship on the grounds! This venue has been home to many a company retreat so far, and is perfect for a light-hearted team building weekend.
Sleeping up to 24 guests in 8 bedrooms, this house is spacious and provides a luxury comfortable place to rest after a day of pursuits, whether you choose to come here to work, or play.
Yo-ho-ho, offered within the venue are a cinema room, karaoke facilities, and even a cocktail bar and nightclub! Book a fun and interactive cocktail class for your team after a day of work-related meetings (rum would of course be our tipple of choice!), enjoy a delicious pizza night for a relaxed film night, or take it up a notch with some decadent canapes and fizz, a brilliant accompaniment to a company awards evening, recognising skills and achievements.

General: We kindly ask that all noise is kept to a minimum outside the property and that all guests are considerate to the neighbours.
Collecting the Keys & Final Arrangements: You will receive these details after the full balance has been paid.
Extra guests: No extra guests are allowed to attend the property.
Activities: If you book Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc.
3rd party suppliers: Please note that no 3rd party suppliers unaffiliated with Corporate Cottages are permitted at this property.
Security: Please note that a security person may attend the property to lock the hot tub up after 10pm. They will do their best not to disturb you or your guests.
