The Sky Lodge and Chalet is a top recommendation of ours, boasting privacy and tranquillity whilst also being located not too far from York, a rich diverse city brimming with history, culture and interesting group-based activities. Situated quaintly within over an acre of private gardens, this stunning Lodge and Chalet site offers accommodation for up to 14 guests in 7 opulent bedrooms across both buildings.
A private hot tub is tempting here, and as this property offers ample outdoor seating, the whole group can gather socially to network in a more casual setting. A pizza oven and BBQ are also readily available, making those summer evenings much easier.
For the cooler months, the large kitchen with a central island is the perfect place for a welcoming mixer with canapes and prosecco aplenty. The warm log burner is most inviting, and with Smart TVs and BOSE surround sound in all communal spaces, this property is a real luxe home from home.
Gather around the custom built dining table for dinner with your team, or indeed prop up the bar while you sip bubbly and enjoy your down time together. The choice is yours.

We take bookings for Christmas parties at all of our Corporate venues. It's never too early to book, and we do tend to sell out quickly, so enquire now for prices!
BOOKING PAYMENT PROCESS
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package amount is required. Additionally, a booking fee ranging from £115 to £215, depending on your selected property, is applicable. For group bookings exceeding 6 people, a non-refundable large group fee of £75 is also applicable. These fees are taken at the point of booking and are separate from and not deductible from the remaining balance.
The remaining balance, along with a refundable security bond starting from £500, is due 12 weeks prior to your scheduled stay.
For bookings within 12 weeks of the stay date, the full package amount, booking fee, large group fee (if applicable), and the security bond are required at the time of booking.
RESERVATION SERVICE
We cannot reserve dates without a deposit as we do work on a live availability system so the dates can be sold at any point.
We do have a reservation service in place for a selected number of properties that costs £75. This is an additional payment and will not be deducted from the final balance and this is also non-refundable.

General: We kindly ask that all noise is kept to a minimum outside the property and that all guests are considerate to the neighbours.
Collecting the Keys & Final Arrangements: You will receive these details after the full balance has been paid.
Extra guests: No extra guests are allowed to attend the property.
Activities: If you book Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc.
3rd party suppliers: Please note that no 3rd party suppliers unaffiliated with Corporate Cottages are permitted at this property.
Security: Please note that a security person may attend the property to lock the hot tub up after 10pm. They will do their best not to disturb you or your guests.
