The properties throughout ooze quality with modern fittings and furnishings as well as all the facilities you need to fuel that all important celebration weekend.
Rock Rose Retreat boasts a modern brick style appearance with a custom interior design making it a unique and tranquil base. Inside the properties you’ll find 8 comfortable bedrooms ( 4 in each cottage ) with a mix of kings, doubles, and single beds offering flexibility for different group types. Please note there are set beds for 25 people, additional guests up to 29 are welcome to stay and extra day beds will be set up for your arrival. Whether it’s a hen party weekend or a corporate retreat, the barns have the most idyllic set up to keep your entire group entertained. On the ground floors of each property, you’ve got an abundance of space with a beautiful open plan kitchen and living area, filled with luxury sofas and a rustic-modern style dining area. This space is great for getting together, socialising and playing games. A great deal of thought and imagination has gone into the design making it such a unique space to explore and indulge in. Move outside through the patio doors and you’ll be greeted by a private garden ( for each cottage) with outdoor seating, chairs, and a BBQ. When the sun goes down, with your last glass of prosecco in hand enjoy the hot tub experience in not 1 but 2 state of the art hot tubs – what a great way to spend your evening with your closest friends and family.

Interactive Cooking Classes – Only Available at Lunch Time ( West Yorkshire only )
If you’re looking to organise something a bit different for your hen party, then look no further! Learn some new skills in the kitchen, grab your apron and cook up a storm. Make your very own fresh pasta or pizza from scratch! Everyone in your party can get involved in this super fun activity, making it the perfect way to spend some quality time with your closest friends before your big day. To ensure it stays stress-free for you, all ingredients and equipment will be provided – Our chefs will even clear everything away and do the washing up!
Spa Treatments
An absolute must!!! What’s a break away without a pamper time!!
When you book our spa activity this includes a 30 minute treatment, chose from a relaxing neck, back and shoulder massage, facial, foot massage, mini manicure/ or Pedicure.
Min 6 Treatments if adding on separately.
When it’s time to arrange your package we will offer you the chance to upgrade your treatment individually, choose from a 45 minute luxury treatment ( your calming treatment extended ) including the option of an Indian head massage or a deluxe 1 hour treatment ( your calming treatment doubled in time ) with a full body massage option or hot stones!
Please allow 4- 4.5 hours for the Spa Activity for large groups.
Live Singer ( West Yorkshire only )
Why not enjoy a night of entertainment with one of our fabulous live singers.
We cannot give details of the individual singer prior to arrival.
All singers will perform a mixed range of songs, some slow some fast - appropriate to your occasion/age group

Group Photoshoot ( West Yorkshire / Lancashire only )
A great way to enjoy being the centre of attention and to create memories you can cherish forever!
Our photographer will take group photos of you all for approx. 1 hour, they will then edit the best pictures and add a little sparkle before sending them over to you within a few days after your stay.
Canapes & Prosecco
Why not treat yourselves to delicious canapes set up for you on arrival with a glass of fizz to get the weekend started!
Approx. 5 canapes per person and a glass of prosecco.
Afternoon Tea
This is a perfect treat for any break away, our caterers will deliver and set the table for you with delicious homemade delights!
( Please note if you are booking a Celebration Sunday, afternoon tea can be delivered between 1pm & 1.45pm, if spa treatments have been booked for 2 pm, afternoon tea may have to be eaten intermittently between the spa treatments for some members of the group as spa treatments do have to commence on time )
Chefs 3 Course Evening Meal
Enjoy a fabulous 3 course meal by one of our many talented chefs. Your own personal chef will arrive, set the table and cook and serve the food and then tidy away after! ( Sorry ladies you cant take them home! )
The chef will arrive approx. 1 hour to 45 mins before.
You pick the time and the day and then our package team will send you the menu choices!

Don’t worry about who’s cooking or what to order, let us do this for you! When booking a pizza night with us, we will deliver a selection of pizzas with side dishes on the day and time of your choice.
Please allow 1 hour delivery time.
We automatically select choices for you and include, plain, meat and vegetable options.
It is not always possible to offer gluten free pizzas and depends on location, but please let us know your dietary requirements and we will do our best. If we cannot cater for some specific dietary requirements we will of course refund anyone in the group for any pizza we cannot supply and will inform you at the time of arranging your package.
Bootcamp Fun ( West Yorkshire & Lancashire only )
Exactly just that! Our personal trainers will come out to your property and get you motivated! This hour long activity is fun for all and adaptable to everyone’s ability.

Murder Mystery
Enjoy a fun mysterious night with our murder mystery activity, actors will arrive at your accommodation to play out the evening of who dun it!
This can be booked on its own or with a 3 course meal included!
The script is written up especially for your group which will be revealed approximately 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cheeky Butler
If you want a little entertainment and to add a bit of spark to the occasion, then book one of our cheeky butlers.
They will be the life and sole of the party, chat with you all, serve you drinks ( drinks not provided ) and even play fun games.
Butlers will arrive fully dressed and change at the accommodation into a cheeky butler outfit.

- Dining Facilities – When booking our chef for large groups we recommend a buffet style meal so you can all gather in one property.
- There is not enough dining space for large groups to all sit together around the table in one property.
- We require a non-refundable 30% deposit via bank transfer or cheque only at the time of booking, and the full balance is to be paid 12 weeks prior to your stay.
- Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
- We require an additional £500 security deposit for this property aside from your required balance, which is refundable 7 days after you vacate the property provided that there are no damages and house rules are kept to. For further info please see Booking Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are subject to a booking fee of £215 which is due at the time of booking and is non refundable.
All bookings for 7 guests or more are subject to a large group fee of £75 which is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Activities
If you have booked Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch with you to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc, only once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed. Please note No 3rd party suppliers are permitted at this property unless booked through Celebration Cottages.
Hot Tub
Please note – Any ladies who are pregnant we recommend that you do not use the hot tub. Please do not use the hot tub if you have fake tan on. We recommend that a maximum of 15 – 20 mins is spent in the hot tub at any one time, any longer can result in heat rashes or a reaction to the chemicals used in the hot tub.

COVID POLICY
LAW
If you are unable to attend one of our holiday cottages as a result of a national lockdown, where holiday lets have to close, we will offer refund/postponement options. Refunds would be less any booking fee/group policy fee paid and postponements would be subject to a £75 administration charge.
If you are unable to attend one of our holiday cottages as a result in a change in law, ( not guidance ) which restricts number of guests, we will offer refund/postponement options. Our customer care team will contact you in the event of any restrictions.
GUIDANCE
If you wish to cancel your booking, if the holiday let is still open and available, we may not be able to offer a refund/postponement. We will however assist you with any insurance claim from any travel insurance you have taken out.
REFUNDS
For any refunds ( subject to the above Covid Policy terms & conditions ) we will try to action these refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 14 days for the refund. In extreme circumstances ( national lockdown ) in busy periods this may take a little longer, we kindly ask for your patience, as a small family run business our resources are limited.
BALANCES
All balances must be paid on time for your booking to be secure – If you do not pay your balance on time, your booking may automatically be cancelled. If you cancel your booking prematurely our normal terms and conditions apply.
INSURANCE
When placing a new booking with us, we strongly advise that customers take out their own travel insurance with a reputable provider to cover your booking in the event you have to cancel. It is your responsibility to make sure your cover is sufficient and to cover all likely risks that may affect your holiday which include you or members of your party for being unable to travel because you or a member of your party fall ill with covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance. We do not provide this.
